Date from Another Dimension
A few weeks ago, I had a
nice email thing going with another part-time single
parent I met on match. We made a few attempts at
connecting in the real world, only to find that we
never seemed to be available at the same time. We
finally posted our full “shared parenting” schedules
in an attempt to find a mutual minute of free time.
And guess what? Our schedules were exactly the same,
right down to the hour! Unbelievable! We realized we
might like the same restaurants, go to the same
parks, enjoy the same hikes.....and we would
never know that the other person ever
existed because when one of us was free, the other
was with their children. We had a laugh, or at least
a few smileys : ), and went on our individual ways.
I’ve had dates where I ended up believing we were
from different planets, but different dimensions?
